Three XLSX files: xlsx_1_sheet (2.2 KB), xlsx_3_sheets (3 KB) and xlsx_100_rows (3.8 KB). XLSX is the modern Excel format and by far the one users upload most. It is a zip of XML files, so it is much smaller than the old XLS, and some filters treat it as an archive by mistake. Use these files to test that .xlsx is accepted with the right MIME type, that an import reads every sheet, and that 100 rows load fully. The 3 sheet file is the one to use for checking that your code does not stop at the first tab.
