SizeLimitQAExamples

These files sit exactly on upload size limits, they are packed into three zips to keep the download manageable: audio.zip image.zip video.zip Each holds MP3 and WAV, JPG and PNG, or MP4 and MOV files at 1, 5, 10, 25 and 100 MB, They also contain the exact size, one byte over and one byte under. Don't be fooled by the zip size below (they compress well), each zip holds things like: * mp3_100MB_exact.mp3 100 MB * mp3_100MB_minus_1byte.mp3 100 MB (-1 byte) * mp3_100MB_plus_1byte.mp3 100 MB (+1 byte) * mp3_25MB_exact.mp3 25 MB * mp3_25MB_minus_1byte.mp3 25 MB (-1 byte) * mp3_25MB_plus_1byte.mp3 25 MB (+1 byte) * mp3_10MB_exact.mp3 10 MB * mp3_10MB_minus_1byte.mp3 10.0 MB (-1 byte) * mp3_10MB_plus_1byte.mp3 10 MB (+1 byte) * mp3_5MB_exact.mp3 5.0 MB * mp3_5MB_minus_1byte.mp3 5.0 MB (-1 byte) * mp3_5MB_plus_1byte.mp3 5.0 MB (+1 byte) * mp3_1MB_exact.mp3 1.0 MB * mp3_1MB_minus_1byte.mp3 1024 KB (-1 byte) * mp3_1MB_plus_1byte.mp3 1.0 MB(+1 byte) REPEATED FOR EACH FILE TYPE One MB here means 1 MiB, or 1,048,576 bytes. Off-by-one mistakes are very common in limit checks, so a limit of 10 MB should accept the minus-1-byte and exact files and refuse the plus-1-byte one. Unzip and upload them to check your limit, and the error message for files that are too big.
