One JAR file of 189 bytes. A JAR is a Java program packaged as a zip, so it is a rare case of a risky file that is also an archive. The one here holds only harmless text and cannot run. That mix is what makes it a good test: a filter that opens zips and approves their contents may let it pass, while a filter that sees the .jar extension will block it. Check which of these your site does, and whether a JAR renamed to .zip gets caught. It is also useful for testing that archive scanners do not choke on Java-style manifests.
