wma

Two WMA files: a 1 second clip of 7 KB and a 5 second clip of 20 KB, both a 440 Hz tone, encoded with Windows Media Audio v2 at 24 kbps. WMA is a Microsoft format from the early digital music era. It is rare now, but old libraries, corporate archives and voice recorders still produce it, and Mac and mobile browsers cannot play it at all. Use these files to see whether your upload form rejects it with a clear message, whether a converter can read it, and whether your metadata tools fail quietly or crash when they meet a format they do not know.
